I can’t believe that one of the very well-performing posts on the blog is titled “Why Am I Ugly?”

Ugly is a strong word

According to the Cambridge Dictionary, the word ‘ugly’ is used to describe something or someone as “unpleasant to look at” or “unattractive”.

Some other words used as synonyms of ‘ugly’ are horrible, unpleasant, nasty, disagreeable, grisly, hideous, displeasing, grim, unattractive, unsightly, and unlovely.

‘Ugly’ is, clearly a very strong word and ‘feeling ugly’, therefore, is a very intense feeling.

It’s sad that so many people are searching for reasons to find out what is it that makes them ugly.

You can read the post here – 17 Reasons Why You Are Extremely Ugly.

While searching for this, I figured that self-doubt plagues all our lives in a big way. It changes how you and I look at ourselves, how we perceive our relationships, how much we like ourselves and believe others will like us.

You’ll notice we’ve included a section on ‘Self Esteem Worksheet’ in this article but we soon realised that just one section on such a critical topic that can turn our lives around was just not enough.

We need more.

self-esteem workbook (Free)

After a lot of research, work and a little bit of procrastination, we are so excited to introduce, our first self-help tool, “The Self Esteem Workbook”.

No, this isn’t a short guide. It won’t take you just 5 minutes.

It’s a workbook. And it’ll take you 5 minutes a day for at least a few days, but it works. Don’t believe me, try it for yourself.
