The Story of My Friend
You see it all over the website and in each newsletter. It is the underlying theme of all the resources we share with you.
What makes it so important?
Let me tell you a story about a friend of mine.
She is a native of a small town in India. Growing up, she travelled across the country with her loving family through many states, switching schools, meeting new people and seeing endless possibilities. Not all was well, but not all was unwell, just how life is.
The world told her she shouldn’t and couldn’t do it – wear jeans, earn money. You know, the general shit that girls shouldn’t be doing!
But here she is, a few years later, living the life she always dreamed of. She is truly an inspiration for so many of us here.
All in all, life has been good!
I’ve always seen her from afar through the years. I saw that the teachers loved her. Today, her employers love her. And why wouldn’t they? She is sincere, reliable, honest, authentic, ambitious and works very hard. Anything she touches, she does well at!
Except, something has been off. Something doesn’t fit right. She can’t quite put a finger on it but she’s not okay. Now that I am closer I can see, it hasn’t been okay for a while – all through the time that life has seemed so good!
While she is an iron woman on the outside, she is crumbling inside.
Recently, she messaged me telling me “Therapy seems to be helping Jasleen”! :’)
I dedicate this edition of the newsletter to her to remind her that she deserves to be happy and I’m so proud that she consciously decided it’s time to get there!

Stop waiting for your life to start. Your Life = Your choice.
“You can be the most beautiful person in the world and everybody sees light and rainbows when they look at you, but if you yourself don’t know it, all of that doesn’t even matter. Every second that you spend on doubting your worth, every moment that you use to criticise yourself; is a second of your life wasted, is a moment of your life thrown away. It’s not like you have forever, so don’t waste any of your seconds, don’t throw even one of your moments away.”
